As a business consultant, you are asked to prepare a comprehensive strategic analysis of a multinational enterprise (MNE) to advise on possible opportunities for business growth. The report should have 3 parts:
Analysis
- The company's general business environment
- Industry environment
- Strategic group analysis (competition)
- The internal organisation
- Identify the corporate-level strategy mix used by the company
