When he was 40, he started receiving divine revelations from Allah which would later become the basis of Koran and consequently the Islamic religion. He managed to unify most of the Arabs into a single religion by 630. Muhammad is still a highly revered prophet in the Islamic faith and currently has billions of followers worldwide. The Muslims believe in an only God, Allah, and his prophet Muhammad.  As part of religious fulfillment, Muslims strive to pay pilgrimage at Mecca, the birthplace of Muhammad also referred to as the holiest city for the Muslims.
Emperor Constantine
Emperor Constantine ruled in the Roman Empire in the 4th century. He is popularly known for having been a pioneer Christian emperor who propelled the empire towards becoming a Christian state. Born in 280 in Circa to a Western Roman emperor, he fought for power following his father’s death (Bentley, Ziegler, and Salter). In 312, he rose to power as the inheritor of his father’s position and later in 324 the only Roman emperor. Constantine strictly adhered to Christian doctrines and protected the interests of Christians. Then in 337, on his deathbed, he converted to Christianity (Bentley, Ziegler, and Salter). He earned the honorific “The Great” way long after his death despite having made so many achievements that he would have used to claim the honorific. His greatest achievement was that he reunited the Roman Empire under a single emperor.
