To prepare for the Week 4 Assessment, reflect on the leadership theories presented in this week’s readings.

Create a chart comparing at least 3 leadership theories presented in this week’s reading. In next week’s assignment, you will use this information to select leadership theories and approaches to support organizational change that aligns to your chosen organization’s mission and values.

Include as much detail as you can in your chart so that each leadership theory is fully explained. Refer to the grading rubric. You might look ahead to week 4 as this assignment will support the week 4 assignment. Prepare as if you were presenting it to the Senior Leadership Team of your company.

Hint: Autocratic, Democratic and Laissez-Faire are all styles within the Behavioral Theory and are not complete leadership theories by themselves.
