Then identify the problem and develop a plan of action, using the template, to justify the ethical decision you have made about the early childhood education issue selected.In your paper,

Describe the ethical dilemma that is presented in the scenario in some critical depth.
Assess at least two possible courses of action a leader could adopt, identifying why such action could be seen as ethical or ethically problematic.
