You will have the opportunity to reflect on all of the past assignments and evaluate your own Wellness Journey. Utilize all of the measurements and assessments you have completed over the last several weeks (Dimensions of Wellness, BMI, waist/hip ratio, endurance testing, flexibility/posture, risk assessments, and others).You will interpret, evaluate, and reflect on your current wellness status and measurements, both positive and negative. Use the FITT Principle to achieve your desired level of health and wellness. Assignment Instructions The Wellness Journey is a full, two-page, 12-point font, double-spaced paper on your life’s health and wellness journey. The paper should include statements that answer the following questions regarding your health and wellness journey. 1.) Where you have been (your past wellness journey)? Demonstrate knowledge of terminology and aspects of wellness we have covered in class. 2.) Where you currently are (your current wellness journey)? Again, be sure to demonstrate your knowledge of health and wellness terminology we have covered in class. Include findings and measurements from lab assignments and exercise logs. Describe what aspects of health and wellness you measured and how you measured it. 3.) Where do you hope your wellness journey to be in five years? Articulate plans for the future. Comment on which of the health or wellness factors you measured are most personally significant to your future plans. 4.) How will you achieve your desired level of health/wellness? Describe specific steps to either maintain or improve your wellness status using the FITT Principles (You may use charts, tables, calendars, etc.). Highlight (label) all of the above-required responses within your Wellness Journey paper.
