1. What are some of the salient characteristics defining culture in your organization or group? Provide at least one example. 
2. Organizations are impacted by societal changes. As a leader, what organizational changes would you consider essential due to ongoing challenges emerging from current societal circumstances such as those of a post-pandemic society?
